I don’t speak about the language swicther, but the “Custom links” metabox that you use instead the “Pages” metabox.

When I’m on the https://krkstudio.pl/en/ then I select POLSKI (in the menu) I’m redirect to https://krkstudio.pl/. All seem correct.

    Did you solve your issue?

Yes and No. I’ve put there Custom link, but in that case i can not display ENGISH or POLISH flag… :/

Some themes don’t use the orignal menu walker provided by WordPress. They use a custom walker to display nav menus which is not interpreting the html code used by Polylang to display flags. That’s maybe your problem.

You should contact your theme support to advice on this.
