Problem With Latest WordPress Version

  • Hi,

    Just happened to check my sliders after uploading WP to the latest version and the settings are out.

    I get the following when going to settings:

    Warning: require_once(/var/sites/s/secretclassifieds.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/smooth-slider/css/skins/.listing/settings.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/sites/s/secretclassifieds.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/smooth-slider/settings/settings.php on line 77

    and:

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/sites/s/secretclassifieds.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/smooth-slider/css/skins/.listing/settings.php' (include_path='.:/usr/newage/lib/php') in /var/sites/s/secretclassifieds.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/smooth-slider/settings/settings.php on line 77

    The slider is still working, though I need to manually adjust what’s in there, but an update would be most welcome!

    Thanks for writing to us.

    I have checked your scenario at my end with WordPress 4.7.4, found Smooth slider working properly. I would suggest you delete Smooth slider and activate again as .listing folder is not there in smooth slider plugin folder but in your it is appearing.
