Problem with latest WP update

  • Hi,

    Been using the PBC plugin for a while and it’s been working great, but last week after updating to the lastest WordPress version it didn’t work. I have now also updated the plugin but the problems remains.

    We use manually set prices for different markets with € as regular currency. What now happens is that for a product that is prices 49€ in Europe, it get priced $49 instead of $59 in the US, au$49 instead of au$65 etc.

    Any idea why this happening?

    Hi,
    What type of products are you getting the issue?
    Price based on Country supports only basic types: Simple, Variable, Grouped and External and WooCommerce Subscriptions product type by add-on.

    It’s only simple products, worked like a charm until the update.. Considering downgrading WP to make it work again, but would be a big relief if we can find a solution with current version.

    Please,enabled the debug log. I think that something is wrong before PBoC is loaded.

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    and check wp_content/debug.log file.

    sometimes, re-update the product solves the problems.

    Thanks Oscar, I’ve enables the log as instructed but I don’t know how to find the wp_content/debug.log file?

    Re-updating made no difference unfortunately.

    Hi,
    Access your WP instalation via FTP open wp-content directory. You can find the debug.log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.
