Problem with characters in address bar

  • I install WordPress for Serbian language, and now I have a problem with characters in adress bar:

    https://www.grobari.net/aba-vujo?evi?-odslu?io-kaznu.html

    ?=S ?=C ?=Z

    When I copy link, I get this link:
    https://www.grobari.net/aba-vujo%c5%a1evi%c4%87-odslu%c5%beio-kaznu.html?lang=cir

    What I need change for this problem?
