Problem with Links page after upgrading

My links page is here:
https://www.breigh.com/wordpress/links/

I use the code <?php wp_get_links(); ?> with a number between the ()’s for the category I want listed.

It’s not working since the upgrade though and I can’t figure out how to make it work. Does anyone have any advice?
