Problem with Links section

    Hi

    I have just installed my first WordPress onto my server and I thought all went ok…

    But went I go to edit links from the Dashboard it says:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_link_cats() in /home/fhlinux189/m/martyrmantras.com/user/htdocs/boygeorgeuk/blog/wp-admin/link-manager.php on line 170

    and when i try to add a new link is says:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_default_link_to_edit() in /home/fhlinux189/m/martyrmantras.com/user/htdocs/boygeorgeuk/blog/wp-admin/link-add.php on line 26

    Please help ??
