Problem with Live traffic

This is indeed an annoying flaw. You have to copy/paste the IP into a filter search at top of the page, that way you get the information. Why they can’t just make the things clickable is a mystery, I thought that’s what my mouse was for. MTN

If you are looking for whois information you can click on “RUN WHOIS” button. If you want to see the recent traffic click on “SEE RECENT TRAFFIC”. If these buttons aren’t working for you, I’d recommend you open Live Traffic page keeping a browser console open to make sure there aren’t any JavaScript errors happening on the page.

This problem appeared about a week or two ago. Previously, this function has always worked. I included live traffic and selected people as a filter and everyone who came to my site I clicked there and there was an additional field where I could see his latest traffic to my site and who he was. Now I can not do this as I click and change the picture in the last column of view.

Even if I copy the user’s ID and switch to another tab under the page who watched it, I’m not receiving the information that was there before

I’m sorry I don’t think I understand what the problem is exactly. Do you mean that your results were expanded more before? If so, there is a toggle at the top where you can enable expanded results.

When I click the expanded results, I do not see anything as if it is empty. I do not remember exactly how I used to watch live traffic, but I remember that when I clicked on any particular user and there were additional fields under him where there were a couple of additional buttons and some of them are the last traffic of this user and who he is

Can you send me a screenshot of what the expanded results look like? They should have several buttons.

Thanks for the screenshots. The second screenshot shows no records visible at all when you are trying to expand the records. That’s definitely not normal.

It could possibly be a problem with cache, so if you have any cache plugins you could try clearing cache in those.

Otherwise I’d recommend you try keeping a browser console open when you click to expand the Live Traffic. Look for any JavaScript errors that may be happening. You can also check the “Network” tab in the browser console to see if any files fail to load.

The first three screenshots from the browser are chrome, the first one was with an error, then I completely cleaned the browser’s cache and cookies and now there are no errors, but this 2 and 3 screenshot does not work.

Then I tried and logged in from the Safari browser and it does not show live traffic.

I’m sorry but I still don’t know why this would be happening. In your first screenshot there is a syntax error mentioned on “load scripts”. It’s possible that another plugin is causing an error of some sort, which causes some functions to not load properly.

If you try deactivating all plugins except Wordfence, does Live Traffic display then?
