Problem with live traffic page

    Recently I am having trouble with the live traffic page. None of the results are expanding and even when I do “Expand All Results”, its not expanding. Could it be affected if I blacklisted some digital ocean ips and host name amazonaws? Just inquiring. Hope to get this solved.

    And now the live traffic feed link is not existent anymore. And when I accessed the page directly, it gave me an error saying = “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    Hi @maleen,

    I initially thought that a common reason for a Wordfence admin pages not working properly is due to a JavaScript conflict generated by your theme or another plugin.

    However, your second message indicates that there may be a problem with Wordfence itself and needs reinstalling.

    If you are not sure what to do ask your hosting provider for help.

    Delete the Wordfence plugin directory located below:

    ~/wp-content/plugin/wordfence

    Now install Wordfence from the WordPress Plugins page.

    Does it work now?
