Problem with loading fonts via W3TC

Hello,

I am using Rackspace CDN to host all the static files for my website. Everything works fine , except the font awesome files. It always throws an error.
Here is the error :

Font from origin ‘https://cdn.mydomain.com’ has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘https://mydomain.com’ is therefore not allowed access.

If I disable W3TC it starts working again without any problem. Can you guys help me out ?
