Problem with loading some pdfs

    We have a problem with one of the pages that is dedicated to online courses.

    On one of these pages we have like 15 flipbooks and some load and some don’t. Until now they all loaded without problem but this week some have stopped working (we have not modified the configuration of the flipbooks).

    If I activate the side thumbnails, they are shown without problem but the main content does not appear (it is shown in gray with an error face).

    We have the flipbooks inserted into the page using the simple shortcodes [dflip id = “36733”] [/dflip] and the page built with elementor.

    I cannot provide a link because the course page is restricted.

    Hi,

    We highly discourage using multiple embedded flipbooks on a page. They eat bandwidth unnecessarily.
    For multiple flipbooks use lightbox(popup) solutions

    If this is not the case let us know. So far we can only predict the situation without looking at the page.
