Problem with Log in form

  • I have problem with log in form.
    When i create an account from registration form everything is find but when i log out and try to log in again from log in form i enter my username and then my password and it occurs the message : Please enter your password ( i have entered password)
    It is like it cannot read the password field.
    How can i solve it?

    Hi @giochaitas ,

    Do you write your password yourself or the browser autofill the password field when this occurs? If its happens when the password field is autofilled , this could be a browser bug.

    If you write your password yourself, this may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    I cannot do conflict test because my site is in use and it will cause problem to visitors.Is there any other way to find what is going on?
