Problem with loging in and installing plugins

Hi everyone. Last night I installed some plugins and a blank screen with only the letter ‘en’ appeared. I could press the back button and go back to the dashboard but now when I try to go to /wp-admin this screen comes up again so I can’t access my site. Also, the site in now off center. PLEASE HELP!!!
