Problem with logo and numbering

Hi, I’m using advertica lite on my website and I m facing 2 problems.
1) If I add website’s logo pic then my website’s name in the top left corner disappears.
2) if I use bullets & numbering, text appearing with bullet and numbering becomes lighter and smaller in size.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
