i have many problems with this plugin:

firstly, when i open “Setting” page it is empty (i dont know why).

Then, im trying to insert photos but then i have just uploaded the last, previous ones disappear with a message telling me “No media found”.

But… the most important issue is i can not save the storie i’ve just created! Then to try it, and come back to “My Stories”. It is empty! ?? nothing happens when i get publish/save my stories.

i have disabled every differents plugins to identify conflict with no luck!

can you help me to solve any of this issues?

    Image refference:
    Console then to publish
    Console then to clic Setting

    best

    – Who is your hosting provider?
    – Could you provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer.
    – When you go to Tools -> Site Health, does it say the REST API is available?
    – Could you share what your WordPress and Site address URLs are in WordPress site settings under Settings > General from the WordPress Dashboard?

hi Lucky, in order to follow these steps i have installed Health Check plugin, then enable every plugins one by one.

in part it works until i got edited one of my stories, in that moment “My stories” and “Setting” went to “white” again.

opening the inspector console i could see this problem: this error

It looks like problem come up when i go to edit stories.

@juanma_07 Thank you for sharing the information. We’ll look into reproducing the issue on our end. It looks like Web Stories was not active at the time of submitting your Site Health information, so I just want to clarify if you were experiencing the issue with Web Stories enabled by itself?

@juanma_07 It appears in your screen recording other plugins are still active when this error occurs. Can you please confirm the issue does not occur when Web Stories is activated by itself? We want to rule out if there is another plugin conflicting with the Web Stories plugin, so it’d be awesome to test the Web Stories alone first to check for any issues and then enable other plugins one-by-one.

You can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.

    – Please enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if the issue is present.
    – Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
    – Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.

Hi there @juanma_07 Checking in here –?are you still experiencing issues with the Web Stories plugin? Have you had a chance to work through the troubleshooting steps that Luckyna recommended here?

@juanma_07 As we haven’t received a response, I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist. Thank you!
