problem with membership payment

    Good morning,
    I have a problem when I want to pay for a subscription.

    here is the link to choose a membership: https://izystud.fr/nos-offres/

    When I press the button to choose a subscription, they redirect me to the payment page.
    However, for any membership, he always asks me to pay the same price.

    My first subscription is:
    Izystud 6 months and costs €12.50 per month. When I choose it, it redirects me to this url: https://izystud.fr/paiement-dadhesion/?pmpro_level=16
    it’s the right level but not the right price, I’m being asked to pay 9.50/month instead of 12.50.

    The price of 9.50 corresponds to my second plan which corresponds to level 20.

    On the other hand, if we press the button to pay the 9.50/month, I am directed to the correct URL: https://izystud.fr/paiement-dadhesion/?pmpro_level=20
    It’s the right price and the right level.

    And this problem persists with all the memberships that I create.
    Each time it’s the right url with the right level written inside but I’m always asked to pay for the level 20 subscription.

    This isn’t normal behavior and not something I’ve been able to replicate – Do you have any custom code running on your site? Anything that might hook into the checkout level or set a default level perhaps?

    yes I have personalized code but I have already deleted them and I have cleared the site cache.
    I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin.
    I updated all the plugins.
    I deleted all my membership levels and recreated them all.
    But nothing works.
    I still have the problem which persists.

    Please try deactivating all plugins except Paid Memberships Pro and switching to a default WP theme such as Twenty Twenty Four and let me know if the issue persists.

    If it doesn’t, try switching your theme back first and see if anything changes, followed by reactivating each plugin again while testing in between activations.

    It’s elementor that crashes the payments. but what can I do to remedy this?
    I did all the layout of my site with elementor.

    I use the masterstudy plugin theme which is called masterstudy LMS starter. But I still tried to change the theme, I installed the twenty twenty-four theme but the problem is still present.

    When Paid membership pro and alementor are activated, the problem is still there. On the other hand, when Paid membership pro is activated and elementor is deactivated, there is no problem.

    Thank you sharing your Site Health information with us. Nothing stands out as to why this is happening though. I’ve run a test with Paid Memberships Pro and Elementor however it has worked without any issues on my end.

    Because this is site-specific and we can’t replicate the issue, I would recommend reaching out to a local developer in your area, or posting a project on https://jobs.wordpress.net for some hands-on assistance with this.

    I’ve been looking further into this with one of the developers on the team and it appears your site is being heavily cached, to the point that the checkout page can’t change the selected level values.

    Elementor has built-in caching and so does the Elementor Hosting platform which can be disabled or excluded, I would recommend excluding this page from the cache or reaching out to Elementor support to see if they can advise on a different way to handle caching on your site.

    Hi there,

    It seems like your content is inside a “Text Editor” widget, of which the output could be cached. You can disable caching on individual widgets in the Advanced Tab.

    I purged the cash around ten times, I purged the elementor one as well (I regenerated the CSS), I deactivated the cash just for my elementor block.
    But nothing changes.

    This issue doesn’t relate directly to Paid Memberships Pro and even paid support will offer the same advise I’m sharing.

    Elementor has introduced experimental caching functionality through Element Cache in an effort to speed up your site.

    We recommend against caching dynamic elements and content as your membership checkout, membership account and edit profile pages change all the time.

    To turn off caching for those specific elements, edit the Elementor page, click on the element containing the Paid Memberships Pro shortcode, click on the Advanced tab and scroll down to ‘Cache Settings’. Select ‘Inactive’ from the dropdown.
