problem with menu at tablets with IE

The dropwdown display on “hover” is just css.
Looks like it’s a ie10, on windows phone, issue when Touch is used:

not really – but I found another solution – perhaps it will help somebody else:
-> add in the footer.php just before the closing body tag:

And it works?
