i uninstalled and reinstalled my wordpress, but now, when i try to use my backup file, it doesn’t work.

can you tell me how to fix this issue?

    somethings i had done:
-prior to reinstalling a new wordpress, i had backed up a live theme (i checked the zip file and all files and media files are there)
-reinstalled a new wordpress on the same domain
    -install the latest backupbackup plugin
-uploaded my backup using ftp to my server
-selected my backup in the backupbackup plugin
-i get a success page after the backupbackup plugin finishes
but i have no content from my backup (no files, pages, or media files)

i see this error on the select theme page:
The active theme is broken. Reverting to the default theme.

The theme directory “backup_migration_restoration_in_progress” does not exist.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    nevermind, i fixed it already.

the problems was with the wp-config.php file

i had to match the new table_prefix in the wp-config.phpwith my old table_prefix. then everything worked. i simpled looked the manifest to see what the new and old table_prefix were.

i hope this backup manager will be able to include thiswp-config.phpfile in the future, to save on the migration problems.

    Hi @emercado777

Table prefix should be automatically modified, sometimes when our plugin is not sure what’s the correct table prefix it prefers to not change anything in order to not make the site unaccessible.

Other reasons, if the file has write protection or is managed by cPanel WP plugin.

In any case, I am happy that you managed to fix it by yourself ??
Thank you for keeping us updated!
