Problem with Migrating/Cloning

    Hello!

    I’m having an issue with cloning my site. I want to set up a clone so that I’m not doing development on a live site.

    First I tried the FTP method. I literally copy-pasted the path. Nothing shows up in the list of backups, I tried hitting “sync backups”. I tried the google drive method, nothing shows up either. I tried uploading the file (it is 4GB) and it gets stuck at 31%, tried it several times. What do I do?

    Hello,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
    Would you please check your PHP memory limit, having low PHP memory limit, can cause, issue with Syncing.

    And would you please try to create a new Backup on your new site, as there could be a directory permission issue too.
