Problem with Mobile App …

Greetings, I have spent many days trying to configure the mobile application to work correctly, but I cannot get it to perform the basic functions that it should.
When I receive a new order, I cannot see from the “Orders” panel the billing address or the shipping address of the customer, also, it does not allow me to change the order status to certain custom states that I have created, it only allows me to change it to been completed
How could I solve it? Is there something I am doing wrong? These functions should be seen and am I the one who cannot see them? Or are they features not built into the app? Help me please, I need to be able to see customer information and be able to change the order status.
