    Greetings, I have spent many days trying to configure the mobile application to work correctly, but I cannot get it to perform the basic functions that it should.

    When I receive a new order, I cannot see from the “Orders” panel the billing address or the shipping address of the customer, also, it does not allow me to change the order status to certain custom states that I have created, it only allows me to change it to been completed

    How could I solve it? Is there something I am doing wrong? These functions should be seen and am I the one who cannot see them? Or are they features not built into the app? Help me please, I need to be able to see customer information and be able to change the order status.

  • Even I can’t login to the Mobile App till now. Every time is shows “Please login as a Shop Manager”, while I’m using the Correct Credentials, I’ve tried to login by creating & using some demo credentials also that also not worked. No support by Author. Neither at Wordpres nor at their own Forum. I’m just fedup with them. The Same issue with their Delivery Boy Application also

    Dude pankajperfect, I had that problem too, make sure you have the .htacces and wp-config files well configured, and when logging in put the full site path, including https: //

    Thank you for your answer wclovers, yes, I mean the free plugin, until now I have not purchased the paid plugin because I do not know if it will work as I need, so I ask here, if they help me to solve with pleasure I will proceed to make the purchase of the payment plugin, including the delivery extension that also interests me.

    I have written to you through many means, through the official site forum that recently closed, I also wrote to the pre-sale support and I have not received a response either, now I am trying here, I hope that someday you can help me ..
