problem with mobile form display

I’m not seeing the popover at all on mobiles/tablets, even if it’s configured to show in any type of device. Popover should appear on exit in all pages containing https://www.antoniocabral.com.pt/entre-quem-e/ .

Any ideas of what could be wrong?

ecabral, exit only works on desktop. If you want the popover to work on mobile, you have to enable entry too.

ecabral, when you create a popover, you get 2 options “show on exit” and “show on entry”. Show on entry means X seconds after the page is loaded by a user.

aaronpd: this is happening because you have 2 different embed forms on the same page. you should have 1 on 1 page. You can place it at multiple places but there should be 1 form.

Thank you, but that does not seem to be the issue. I edited the page to have only one form, but still had the same problem. (I have now changed it back.)

May switch to Gravity Forms…..
