Problem with mooving my site to new domain and hosting

I want to move my wordpress site to a new domain and new hosting.

What I have done:
1: downloaded the files using ftp and the database using myphpadmin
2: I used a program to search and replace the old url with the new one in the database.
3: I changed the wp-config file to point to the new database
4: I uploaded the database and the files to the new server

I have also tried to install wordpress on the server and just replace the wp-content folder. Including point 2 and 3. But it didn’t show my website.

When I go to my site I only see a blank page. I would very much appreciate any ideas or tips that could help me.
