  • When you access either of:
    https://<yourwebsite>/wp-admin
    https://<yourwebsite>/wp-login.php

Do you get a login screen ?
When you try and login with your username + password what happens ?
I know that the homepage of your website works. Do other web pages work ?

Once you get logged in, suggest that you go to Settings > Permalinks, then choose and SAVE the type you want, save even if there is no change, this creates the .htaccess file.

    There is no solution?

Sorry, it looks like everyone is out of ideas too.
Best I can suggest is that you delete your non working Linux website, Install a new WordPress there, copy the wp-config.php file from your Windows site EXCEPT for the database settings, set default theme, and the “delete this post and get blogging” post. Set the type of permalinks you want. Test that this starter website works, check that you can login to it etc.
Copy the theme and plugin directories to the Linux server from the Windows server.
Then install the plugin that assists in moving WordPress so well called DUPLICATOR, and use it to move your database.
