Problem with MU wordpress

This site is one of many in a WordPress MU https://gagot-habira.tuch.co.il/
In some of the sites the NextGen Gallery is activated and there is no problem, but in this site when the NextGen Gallery is activated the site’s theme is gone and there is only a white page with no design.
Can you tell me why and how to fix this?
