Problem with multilingual site with wpml

Hello, our site is multilingual using wpml plugin. The default language is English and the second language is Persian. In the user panel of our site, in the wallet menu and add site balance, when it is on Persian language and the user enters an amount of at least 100,000 thousand tomans, it goes to the payment page and everything is correct, but when it is on English language and US dollars It asks us to enter the amount in Tomans, and even when we enter at least 100,000 Tomans and click on the add button, it goes to the shopping cart page with the message (Wallet Topup has been removed from your cart because it can no longer be purchased. Please contact us if you need assistance.) is coming.
I did all the settings, sections and translations correctly. Please check my problem and tell me what exactly I should do to fix the problem?
