Problem with multiple values

I’ve a problem very frustrating, I would like hide the column of my header When the “internal url” (or “the title of the page” or another) is equal to “name of the page 1, 2 … or the url1, url2, …”.

I’ve test with multiple url, name of page, etc … But he doesn’t work ????

My multiples test, exemple with internal url :

/a-propos/ || /blog/
/a-propos/ & /blog/
/a-propos/ && /blog/
/a-propos/, /blog/
/a-propos/; /blog/
/a-propos/ + /blog/

P.S : When I chose only “name of page” and only one conditional value, he works, but not with multiple conditionals values ????
