Problem with names field

    Hi, I have inserted the shortcode in my account and the people can register fine. The problem is that when I go to the ‘users’ tabs in wordperss, the first_name and last_name is empty. I see the database and I see that I have 2 first_name and 2 last_name. I think that the user tab show the incorrect table or the registration haas the incorrect table. How can fix it?

    Sorry for the delayed response.
    The issue that you are facing could be occurring due to fields conflict. Please check whether you have used correct fields for First Name and Last Name in the form builder or not.
    Or maybe you can provide me the URL of your registration form and then I can tell you whether the fields are correct or not.
