problem with network instalation

Have you read the following yet?

From the network dashboard, you can go to “Themes > Installed Themes” and for each theme you can “Network Enable” to make it available to all subsites — current and future.

If you want to be more selective, go to “Sites > All Sites” and you can “Edit” an existing site to determine what Themes it has access to.

Oh, just reading the next part of your question.
If you want to make multiple sites with same users / posts / tags etc. you might have some luck with the following plugin:

You don’t share the same posts, tags and categories, if you mean that you want to always keep them in sync forever. it’s a bad idea.

because.. i have one main site

gumpul.com with classipress instalation where i show ads from all cities…

now i want to start subdomined sites for all metro cities in my country then each subdomine city has to show only respected city ads
using a post filter pluggin.. called cp cityfy..

it is for easy management of ads … if any body interested to do this i will pay .. because im nothing @ coding
