Problem with new fields

    I recently updated to 4.0 of this plugin and followed all the directions on how to get my fields to be part of my sign up form, but it’s not working. I have groups and new form fields created on the mailchimp website that I cannot access from the plugin.

    The only options I have are Form action, List choice, and Submit button.

    I need to be able to include groups and custom fields, can anyone help?

    Hey @jlcollier2005,

    Our plugin is linked to your MailChimp account. So based on the list you select for the form, all the fields you created in that list are available in the form. Is this not happening for you? Did you create all the fields in your list first? If yes, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to “MailChimp for WP” page in your WordPress backend and then click on the “Renew MailChimp Lists” button. This will pull in the new field information.
    2. Next go to “MailChimp for WP > Forms” and you should see all the fields you created in your form as buttons on top of the form editor. You can click on the buttons to add those fields to the form.

    Hello Harish, thanks for the reply.

    The problem is still persisting. I’ll include screenshots of both mailchimp and the forum plugin page below, maybe I’m doing something wrong on one of the two.

    As you can see, none of my List Fields nor groups are appearing in the plugin. I have tried to delete the api key and reestablish connection as well as uninstall the plugin and reinstall it with no luck.
