Hello makers of the W3 Total Cache Plugin,

After today’s update, my website didn’t work anymore. I didn’t see the menu’s and design but only text. After deactivating your plugin, the problem was solved. So something seems to go wrong with this update.

    Kind regards,

Hello, Can you re-enable HTML & XMl and share the output of debug log file. in /wp-content/cache/log/

Same problem here, minify is completly broken.

Here we found that if you type this: “seguran?a e solu??es” in an elementor textbox it breaks the page. I think it has something to do with special characteres.

Will dowgrade w3tc until a update to fix this comes out.

As soon as I re-enable HTML & XMI, I get to see blank pages. That’s also with /wp-content/cache/log/
Using FTP access only shows me the two log files (dbcache.log & pagecache.log) which last got changed two weeks ago.

    Hello @kenika and @edemir206,

Are you using by any chance any other caching /minify plugin?

    Nope.

We are not using another cache/minify plugin.

We use w3tc with redis cache on production, changing the cache method to file on our staggin env didn’t solve the problem either.

    Hello @kenika and @edemir206,

Can you please share the part of your server PHP error logs that are related to this?

Where do I find this? (I don’t have debug logging activated on my worpress site.)

    Hello @kenika,

Please check this article for assistance.

Okay, this is a bit pathetic: I think – ages ago – I made some “security” setting somewhere I don’t remember to prevent debugging. Hence, my wp-config.php gets overwritten and automatically added slashes disable my debug settings in wp-config. Hmpf. I’m trying to figure out what’s responsible for this mess and get back to you asap.

Alright, let’s forget my previous post. ??
Found it: Some settings in default-constants.php made it impossible. Now I can debug, yay.
So what is it exactly that you need now? wp-content/debug.log?
    Sorry, I’m not a programmer or such… ^^

    Hello,
Re-enable HTML &XML minify and save all settings. Check your debug log for the latest PHP errors.

It’s all related to my theme, but as I just re-enabled HTML & XMI minification, it’s probably not logged yet as the newest entries are from 02:01:29 pm):

    Ah, nonsense:
It seems like the debug.log is just using another timecode. It is up.to-date.

    New php warnings!
I deleted Autochimp plugin though. I don’t know why that’s showing up there now.
