Problem with non western characters since update to Version 2.2.8.3

    Hi there!
    We have noticed an odd thing since updating to Version 2.2.8.3.
    We now have a problem where we cannot use non western characters – we are experiencing this with Khmer (Cambodian) script.
    IE something like
    https://www.example.com/12345/?????????? ????????????????????????? ????????? ????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

    Before the update, the full path would be displayed in the url, however now we are just getting this :
    https://www.example.com/12345/

    I have tried adjusting these 2 fields in settings
    Strip special characters
    Convert accented letters

    but no luck….

    Any thoughts at all?
