Problem with OCDI on a subdomain

    Hello,

    I installed a theme on a subdomain “example.mydomain.com” and the plugin OCDI didn’t work well, the importation didn’t work.

    Indeed the theme proposes to install the “theme demo” as a working base and when I click on “import demo -> “continue & import” it’s infinite loading, i have no error. Just waiting on the page

    “Importing Content

    Please sit tight while we import your content. Do not refresh the page or hit the back button.”

    I used to try the theme in Local and it’s working perfectly.

    Hi,

    the site being on a subdomain should not play any role in the content being imported OK.

    You said it worked OK locally, so it has to be something with your web hosting account. Maybe the images were not allowed to download to your server and that’s why it was infinitely importing.

    You should contact your hosting support and the theme support, to see what the issue could be.
