Problem with Onsale price and banner on product page

    Hi,

    Clearly, your plugin is not compatible with woocommerce…

    During a scheduled promotion, the price and the Onsale banner are not updated on the product pages, both at the start of a marketing operation and at the end, which obviously poses a problem (the displayed price is in promotion, but when the customer adds the product to the basket, the normal price is applied – see here: https://imgur.com/qAii5PR

    Thinking that these parameters could be the cause, I:
    – disabled browser cache;
    – disabled serve expired;
    – enabled automatic purging of all pages for posts/updates.

    But it doesn’t work (in private browsing or in a browser other than the one used in admin, for which updates work fine…).

    Apart from deactivating the cache on the product, is it possible for the Onsale prices and banner to be updated at the start and end of the marketing operation?

    as matter of fact this just indicates the page cache was successfully purged/updated when you see the promo price in product page

    for cart price, I am not sure , the only thing I can possibility imagine that can affect this might be the object cache , please try disable object cache, see how it goes

    Thank you for your reply.

    But the Onsale banner should have disappeared this morning (end of scheduled promotion…). And the price displayed on the basket is good… while the one displayed on the product page is false (I repeat, the marketing operation was finished… don’t trust what you currently see on the indacted product page, because I’m doing tests, activating and deactivating the promotion).

    you should probably check the http response header and html source code comment at footer to verify if the cache was updated or not , like before and after that sale prices changes
