Problem with order attchments, files are not saving refreshing

    Hi, whenever the product file is updated, it isn’t being refreshed across the orders. I tried using a free file refresh plugin, but it didn’t work.

  • The issue was extremely frustrating, and I struggled to find a solution for quite some time. Ultimately, the only way I managed to resolve it was by installing the Comdev Downloads plugin. This plugin allowed me to create file packages, and once I updated a file within the single item, the changes were reflected correctly across all relevant areas, including both the product pages and order details. This streamlined the process and ensured that any updates made to files were synchronized everywhere they needed to appear.
