Problem with order completion of Woocommerce Pro

Hi I try to buy the Woocommerce Pro polylang but I can’t complete my order, It display an error message “An error occurred validating the VAT number supplied: EU Commission VAT server (VIES) check fails MS_UNAVAILABLEThis is likely to be temporary please try again.”, and it doesn’t accept my VAT number even If I put the country identifier before the VAT number. I try to buy it without giving company name and VAT but again it conflicts and it keeps asking for a valid VAT number.
