Problem with Order status “Pending payment” with credit card payments

Hi,
I am having a problem with the processing of the orders at my website. After finish successfuly the checkout process via Credit card with my payment gateway Verotel, the order statuses are being established as “pending payment” and those never change. I saw that WooCommerce should get a notification that the purchase has been paid, but the orders never register that. Which force me to change the status to “Completed” manually.
I want to use the “WooCommerce Order Status Control” extension to auto complete orders, since I sell membership and downloadable material and I need that buyers have immediate access to the content.
I need to solve this asap because my Payment gateway don’t trust in manually approval, and my skills about this are really basic.
Please let me know if you have any idea why it can be happening and how can I solve it.

I searched into the forums to see this topic has been resolved already, but I just found related with Paypal.
