Problem with order with discount coupon

Hi,
great plugin we use it for 2 years and it works great. In the new version of our shop we installed a friend sponsor plugin to manage invitacion of friends by discount generator…all of this is done from this plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-sponsor-a-friend-plugin/6158489.Is we complete an order using the COMPLETE ORDER action from the site admin everything works correclty…but, if we COMPLETE the order from your app the discount is not sent.
Do you have an idea about the cause of this? should be your plugin or the sponsor plugin that has the problem?
