    Hi @koralab,

Hi, thanks! The plugin is Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce

    Thank you for confirming this.

Did you already have a chance to use the email and check if it corresponds to one of your customers from your WooCommerce dashboard? Also, please refrain from sharing customer emails as this is a public forum.

    Hello koralab,

    Thank you for your reply.

Has this issue happened the first time?

Could you look into your PayPal account for additional information regarding the order that was made? Additionally, you might consider reaching out to PayPal support for further assistance.

I also recommended reaching out to the customer and asking how they placed their order.
This information will help me diagnose the problem.

Looking forward to your response. ??

I found the error and it was trivial. The login button still link to the previous test site on another domain. In fact I found the order in the backend of that site.

    Thanks for the support

    Hi @koralab,

I’m glad to hear that you were able to identify the issue. It’s quite common to overlook such details when transitioning from a test site to a live one.

If you have a few minutes, we’d love if you could leave us a review:?https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/
