Problem with page width

Hi Richie

I’m having some problems with the width of my pages, would really appreciate some help. My home page, posts and images seems to be stretched horizontally compared to the mesocolumn preview and I can’t figure out what’s causing it.

The slider, title, sidebar etc all look stretched.
I tried adding this to the stylesheet but it didn’t change anything
#custom .content {width: 69%; /*reduce % */}

I tried narrowing the post content with
#post-entry article .post-content { width: 80% !important; }
this narrowed the text but I couldn’t figure out how to narrow the post tile or center the content.

I’ve reset all the main aspects of the these. Any help would be appreciated, it’s driving me crazy.
