Problem with password protected posts

When entering the password and pressing submit I am directed back to the same page with the password screen.
When I disabled the lite cache plugin it worked.
I tested this on several blogs of a multisite.
With the plugin active on one site, the password protection still functions on another site where it is inactive.
I am not using your htaccess code.
I didn’t find a previous post about this. I apologise if you have dealt with his before.Thanks
