    Hello,

I have this problem since some months…
I use PMP + Learnpress + Edubin theme

The password reset keys does not work. When my custom asked a new passeword, he received an email with the lien to renew it. But in the page to renew, there is nothing, like in the page in share.

So I generate manually a new password when the custom asks me.

I check my log page inside Paid Memberships Pro to “Use WordPress Default” with the good short code. But there is no change.

Could you help me please ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @emindade,

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. Password reset keys should work with Use WordPress Default. Can you confirm you’re updated to PMPro 2.9.4 and WordPress 6.0.2, and if not update and let me know if that resolves the problem? If you still have problems, the most likely culprit is either a conflict with another active plugin or the theme. To better narrow this down and confirm, could you please temporarily deactivate all plugins except for the core PMPro plugin and test again? You can either deactivate them temporarily in bulk or work through them one by one. If the issue persists from there, revert to the default Twenty Twenty One theme. If the issue is resolved after deactivating a specific plugin or your theme, you’ll know that is the source of the conflict.`
