Problem with permalinks! Words like "the" doesn't show up!

Hello there,

here’s another wicked question of mine. I recently noticed that there is something going on with my permalinks. I’ve checked on a few different WordPress installations. Let’s say I make a post with a title like:

The Simpsons S25E16 You Don’t Have To Live Like A Referee

Now, the permalink for it always goes as:

simpsons-s25e16-dont-live-like-referee

Why is so? Is it something about the length of the title? Words ‘the’, ‘you’, ‘have’, ‘to’ and ‘a’ got striped off. If I try to clear permalink field to get it re-generated it looks fine. But when I hit ‘Update’ it all goes back to what I sad above. The only reason I can thing of is something in WordPress by itself or Yoast SEO plugin.

Any sugestions? Thanks in advance.
