problem with permissions

  • I have installed the wp in a https://www.towebs.com hosting and I have problems with the permissions to modify some parts of the themes.
    People from hosting tell me that they don′t know how to resolve it.
    I tell you that I have permissions like administrator. I′m the owner of the site. I have uploaded via ftp.
    I don′t know what to do
    Anybody can help me with that.

  • Could it be the database you have made? When you created your database, did you select all privalages. You can check by going to PHP my admin (on your hosts admin panel) and checking that ‘All privalages’ are selected for your user id. Good luck.

    I think it′s a problem of my hosting TOWEBS.
    They use a panel cala HAITI and when u create the base don′t let you asign permissions.
    What is very strange is that the wp admin let me do somethings and another not. But the things that let me do now, in a while dont let me more! WTF
