Problem with Pinterest URL
-
I have been using this plugin for years without issue. All of a sudden in the past couple of months, when I pin something from my website to Pinterest, the URL that is imported over is a direct link to the image itself (the image file), rather than the actual webpage. It has never done this before. I have not changed anything.
For example, I just tried to pin this webpage: https://www.psychedeliczen.com/colorful-pet-portrait-shadow/ using the Add to Any Pinterest button, as I always do. When the Pin is created, the link in the pin points to https://www.psychedeliczen.com/wp-content/uploads/Shadow-2020.07.16-SMALL-tagedit.jpg rather than the webpage (https://www.psychedeliczen.com/colorful-pet-portrait-shadow/)
As I have said this is a new issue that just popped up about 2 months ago. I didn’t even realize there was a problem until I checked my pins on Pinterest and realized that all the pins from my website in the past few months were like this, and I had to correct them.
