Problem with Plugin

Hey,
I’m having trouble syncing up my square inventory with the wordpress site. No matter how many times I try to do a manual sync, none of the new products that have been added in square appear in the inventory on wordpress. There are even things that are appearing on the website that have been deleted out of the square site. I’ve tried deconnecting and reconnecting the pluggin.
If anyone has any idea that would be so appreaciated!

Thank you for reaching out to us! If you’re trying to import your products from Square to WooCommerce, please make sure that:
– Every product has an SKU set in Square;
– All products have Unit type set to Per Item: https://cld.wthms.co/OklgnP
– Product system of record is set to Square and logging is enabled in Square settings: https://cld.wthms.co/qCxMvYOnce you confirm all these things, you can click Import all products from Square.
If anything goes wrong, there should be a log file starting with
square-under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. In such case, please upload the file to Dropbox, Google Drive, etc, and share the link here so that we can advise you further. If there’s a file starting withfatal-errors, please send this one as well.Thanks a lot in advance!

Yep everything seems to be there, the sku, unit type but it’s still not working …

Reading the journal log, I can see items that are not appearing in when I search in the backend of ‘all products’ …

Thank you for your patience! I understand you are seeing these logs after running a manual sync from Square to WooCommerce, but the product doesn’t appear in Woo in the end, is that right?
Now that you’re seeing the data of the Kora product in WooCommerce logs, this means that its data was correctly sent from Square to Woo. However, WooCommerce is having some troubles to create a product based on that, possibly due to duplicate SKU, an error triggered in another plugin, etc.
Anyway, I just tested this scenario on my test site & Square account:
– Created a new product in Square;
– Ran a manual import on the WooCommerce > Settings > Square page;
– Went to Products > All Products and saw the new product imported there.If that’s not how your site works, we’ll need to take a closer look at your site products and logs to see what could have gone wrong here. To let us do that, please create a temporary admin account for [email protected], then submit a support ticket at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
