    We are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with your popups. It seems you are using a translation plugin on your site. We have received the same reports when using the WPML plugin. This has been fixed by following the steps below:
    1. Disable all WPML plugins
    2. Re-enable all WPML plugins
    3. For any popups that have been translated, edit each one and re-apply the correct language for the popup.

    Just I disable the “WPML Multilingual CMS” and re-enabled and works.
