Problem with positioning

  • Apparently there is a problem with the positioning of the labels. Does anyone else have this?

    For example, I enter the following values ??for position:
    Type: On Image
    Better Position: Yes
    Position: Left
    Position Line: One by One
    Margin: Top: 15px | Left: 15px
    Z-index: 500

    The preview image shows the correct position as it should appear according to the margin information. However, the implementation on the shop page is completely different. The badge is not even on the product image, but on the title below. Or on the category page way too far above the product image.
    How can I solve the problem? I’m very disappointed right now because I finally found a plugin in which I can upload individual labels and now the positioning doesn’t work at all ??

Even if I chance Margin oder Z-Index or any other settings the position is absolutely confusing.

    Hello,

    Maybe it is use incorrect hook for page, you can try to change it in plugin settings -> Advanced tab -> for shop page it will be option “Shop Hook Image”.

    ok thank you, I will do some testings with different hook settings.
    But another problem that appears is the different sizes of the label on produkt page (label is very small), category page (label is much too big) and homepage teaser (label has a good size).
    Is there any way to make the size of the label adapt to the size of the product image? The plugin should simply be able to create the label so that the ratio always remains the same?! It is normal and logical that the product images on the category page are displayed smaller than on the product page. I would be very grateful for your help.

    Hello,

    Plugin do not have any specific option to change size on different pages, but you can create different labels for each pages and with help of conditions youi can set where each label will be displayed.
