Problem with post categories

Hello, the plugin is a great lifesaver but there’s a little problem with post categories and tags
In the case where i set the option:
“Do you want all new permalinks to be converted to greeklish?” to on, if category slugs and tag slugs are in Greek – their respective archive pages end up in 404. Once i deactivate this option, everything works perfectly fine again.
This wasn’t being affected in the previous version as far as i remember.
