Problem with postcodes zones

  • Hello,
    When I try put limit the zip code region within the delivery areas, but it doesn’t work.

    I put the following range of zip codes, for example: 30000000…349999999
    When I go to the cart page, the freight is not automatically recognized.
    When I enter the zip code, for example 30575-300, it says “No delivery options were found”
    Or, when I put the 30100-000, it’s doesn’t work too.

    I’ve tried in the following ways, but it didn’t work:
    300*
    310*
    300*… 349 *

    Has anyone had this problem?

    Hi @wbbrito

    Have you tried adding your zip codes to the Shipping Zones as wildcards like this:

    30100*
    30575*
    and so on

    the WooCommerce support team answered me. It was probably with one digit more or without the 3 points “…”. Now, it’s working

    I just don’t know if it is possible to create two different ranges within the same region

    You should be able to add several ranges. Just be sure to add each range to a separate line.
