Problem with Premium Plugin

Dear All, thank you for your help in advance… We are experiencing 2 issues with the Premium plugin…

1) We have bought and paid for a premium plugin, but the email address is not accessble to recover our license codes, i have asked this as a support ticket but I Have not heard anything back yet, what can we do to recover our premium access.

2) We are getting this error message from the wholesale plug in,

When we are updating WooCommerce, this is causing a major issue. Also the wholesale plugin does not seem to be working correctly either, we getting normal users accessing whole sale prices… Could someone please point in the direction of a fix please, thank you so much.

We are using version 4.3.2 of WooCommerce, version 1.11.10 of WholeSale, version 1.24.1 of premium.

We are currently afriad to apply updates just in case. As it stands, we have disabled the plugins.
