Problem with Primary Category

Hello there,

I understand the breadcrumb on your site is showing the wrong category for some products that were previously in two categories.

May I ask for more info? In your video, during the part where you were editing the Learning Book For Persian Tar & Setar Vol 3 book, do you intend it to show the Music or Educational category in the breadcrumb?

Previously it was in the Educational category as the primary category but I created a new category with the name “Music” and changed the product category to “Music” but in breadcrumb still showed “Educational”.

Thanks for sending the details. Can you navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and “Regenerate” Product lookup tables as well as “Recount Terms” and see if that helps?

Since you mentioned that you have already cleared your site’s cache (not only from your browser), can you double-check if your hosting company doesn’t have any caching system on their side too?

If you’re still having issues with that, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

In this case, we suggest you purge any cache on your LiteSpeed Cache plugin or any other caching plugin and contact your host to disable any server caching.

If the issue persists after that, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and then check again if it solves the issue.

If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

If you cannot perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.
